What is your delivery fee?
All rentals are subject to a delivery fee and be may not be picked up by the client.
Within 20 miles of Elma = $75
Above 20 but less than 40 miles of Elma = $75 + $5 per additional mile
Over 40 miles away from Elma = to be determined by M&T Event Rentals
What are your delivery and pickup details?
Delivery and pickup will only be scheduled Monday-Friday (holidays excluded) during regular business hours (8am-5pm) as M&T’s schedule permits. Specific delivery or pickup time windows may be secured for an additional cost.
Additional portage fees will be charged for unloading or loading destinations greater than 50 feet from the delivery truck. Portage fees will also be charged when the equipment must be transported up or down stairs, steep slopes, or elevators. If your event will require portage, please discuss with M&T prior to delivery.
Client is responsible for setting up the equipment and for having the equipment ready for pickup (tables folded, chairs stacked, etc.). A fee of $100.00 will be charged to client if the equipment is not ready for pickup on the scheduled date.
Is there a minimum required to order?
No. We can take care of all events, no matter the size!
What sort of deposit is required?
A deposit of 50% of the price must be paid at the time the rental reservation is made. The remaining balance is due in full at least three days prior to the scheduled drop off date. Payments may be made via cash, check, credit card or debit card. All returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 NSF fee. Client must provide a copy of the client’s valid driver’s license and a credit card to be kept on file. M&T reserves the right to charge the card on file for any additional costs incurred (e.g., if client damages the equipment or keeps the equipment longer than the scheduled rental period).
What is your damage policy?
You are liable for any lost or damaged equipment at 100% billed charges of lost or damaged items, as well as a 10% inconvenience fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel at any time up to 30 days prior to the scheduled delivery date and receive a full refund.
If you cancel less than 30 days, but more than 72 hours, prior to the scheduled delivery date, the rental deposit will be forfeited. However, you may apply the rental deposit toward a future event within one year of the cancelled event. M&T and client will enter into a new rental agreement for any future event.
No cancellations are permitted within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date. You will be liable for the full rental charge for any cancellations occurring less than 72 hours from the scheduled delivery date and the rental deposit may not be applied to any future event.
